Casa Garden Disco, originally built in the 80's was only meant to be a winter escape.

A place to slow down, reset, and argue over which records counted as Balearic. But then the dinners got longer. The sunsets lingered. And no one wanted to pack up.

We found the hacienda years later - mostly intact, with a suspiciously well-stocked wine cellar. We’re not starting something new. Just picking up where they left off.
